These flash cards are for the Dolch word lists, which are the 220 most common words in children's reading books. Dolch words, or sight words, provide a great base for reading at an early age. They are often called sight words because some of them can't be sounded out, and need to be learned by sight. The order of the words are randomly generated. Sight words include: Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade and 3rd Grade.

Touch a button at the bottom of the screen to begin the word flash cards. Click the arrow button to show the next word. Once all of the words have been shown you can click on the reload button or pick a new word set from the buttons on the bottom of the screen.
